On behalf of the Faculty Senate of Omsk State Pedagogical University I am pleased to welcome you to the web-site of the Division of International Cooperation. This web-site provides Russian scholars and students with information about International educational programs and projects. Thanks to this web-site international students can find more information about opportunities to research, work and study at our University.

For many years the Division of International Cooperation (DIC) has been developing Comparative and International Education. In 1999 DIC obtained the status of Inter-Universities Center of International Cooperation and Academic Mobility. Its activities provide an opportunity to successfully develop the internationalization processes at our University; and thereby positively affect the training, competence and effectiveness of our specialists.

It is also worth mentioning that this academic year the European Credit Transfer System (ECTS) has been implemented at our University, which will assist Russian and international students in becoming more mobile in the world labor market.

Once again I would like to welcome you to the updated DIC web-site which highlights the international activities of one of the leading Universities in the Omsk Region.
